- Al Ma'asher Building
The
small mosque is located in the east gate of Al-Hamam Street
, it was the first mosque in the old city of Salt between
the years 1906-1907 , the elevations of the mosque were made
of yellow stone which is a local stone in Salt area , and
the roofs were made out of wood . The cost of the mosque was
collected by the people of Salt .
The
mosque consists of prayer area and an open court yard tiled
with stone bricks, plus there are some commercial stores.
the mosque was included in 1994 as part of the renovation
project for the whole mosque on the cost of a donator, the
renovation of the stores were done very well from the inside
and outside, which gave a beautiful grace to the mosque with
maintaining the originality of the looks, regarding the minaret
and front prayer area of the mosque kept their originality
as a witness for the Architecture of old mosques within the
same area.
