This complex represents an example for a public building that was used for multiple purposes throughout time.

The Latin complex is located between two staircases situated within the city. It is built on two levels. The first level holds the school, the church, and the house of the priest; The second level holds the hospital and the doctors' dormitory. The entrance to the complex comes through a flight of stairs that takes its visitors to an open courtyard that connects between the church building, the priest's home and the Sunday school.

The construction of this building began in 1882, and in 1921 it ended, as more parts were added to it later on.
