12. Mr. Swelem Al-Jagbeer

Mr. Swelem Al-Jagbeer was appointed as head of the Municipality of Salt from the year 1914 to the year 1916. He was born in the city of Salt in the year 1859. He studied with the help of Hassan Mugrabi a local teacher from the city of Salt, and he then moved on to work as a Trader in the Salt Market.
