5. Mr. Abul-razak Nsour 
Mr. Abdul-Razak Nsour was the head of the Municipality of Salt
from the year 1981 to the year 1993. He was born in the city
of salt in the year 1943.He studied his high school years in
the Salt High school for boys. He then obtained a degree in
Medicine from the Ayen Shams University in Cairo, and was a
practicing doctor in the hospitals of Salt and Irbid . He was
also appointed as the Minister of Labor between the years 1993
and 1995, and today he is a board member in the national committee.
