15. Mr.Abdel-Halim Al-hmoud

Mr. Abdel-Halim Al-Hmoud was appointed as head of the Municipality of Salt from the year 1944to the year 1947. He was born in the city of salt in the year 1916. He studied his high school years at the Salt High School for boys, and he obtained a degree in law from the Damascus University. He worked as a lawyer before he was appointed in the Municipality.
